[What is Megami Device?]
This is a plastic model kit series envisioned as a "near-future battle hobby" featuring 14cm-tall self-standing robot figures that you can build, customize, and battle—just like standard plastic models.
At its core is the "Machinika" body series, newly designed by Masaki Apsy—a leading figure in the world of articulated figures—while characters and mechanical elements are created by a variety of designers.
The parts are molded in separate colors and the faces come pre-painted via tampo printing, ensuring a finish close to the intended design simply by assembling the kit.
The use of 3mm diameter joint holes ensures compatibility not only within the series itself but also allows for combination with many previously released Kotobukiya plastic model parts.
