"Rukappu" is a coined word based on the word "lookup," and refers to this popular figure series characterized by its cute poses, as if it's looking up and gazing at you.
With its "looking up and sitting pose," it's easier to make eye contact with the figure when displayed on a desk or other surface compared to regular figures.
