As of August 29, 2025, Canada Post will require prepaid duties for all shipments bound for the U.S.

Our current action for now is to continue accepting orders, however, all U.S. bound orders received on and after August 28, 2025 will be temporarily held while our executive team assesses the situation.
In all likelihood, we will require additional payment on all U.S. bound shipments to cover the added prepaid duties on top of the estimated shipping costs, plus any applicable adjustments due to the size and weight of the parcel we are shipping.

We kindly ask for your patience while we sort things out on our end regarding this policy.

We were advised that an update should come in tomorrow (Fri Aug 29, 2025).
Received orders bound for the U.S. will experience delays, and we may expect these orders to start moving sometime next week.

We are continuing to hold all U.S. bound orders indefinitely and waiting for an update from Canada Post.
UPDATE #3: Thu Sep 4, 2025 1:09PM EDT
We are resuming shipping service to the USA soon.
We are now finalizing the process on how we will collect the pre-paid duties as required by the US government for all "de minimis" suspension shipments valued at less than $800.00 USD.
Please wait for an update later today regarding on how to submit payments for the duties for shipments bound for the U.S.

We have finalized the process for all U.S. bound orders.
As we are not able to collect duties immediately at online check out due to the differences in the tariff rates for each individual items, duties will be collected after we receive your order.
We will be sending out a PayPal invoice for you to submit your payment for duties.
