Thank you for your order with us at Navito World!

(last update: Wednesday, October 15, 2025)
UPDATE 4 (2025-10-15 - 11:14pm EDT): Shipping has resumed, however, we advise customers to expect delays due to Canada Post employees on rotating strike. We will not know when service will be suspended, or which location the employees will strike. For all domestic shipping, please continue to track your parcels via the Canada Post website for updates. For international shipping, once your parcel has left Canada, please use your country's local postal service to track the delivery progress of your order.

UPDATE 3 (2025-10-10 - 6:52pm EDT):
We just learned that there will be no pick ups until Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at the earliest. So at this time, there is no guarantee that orders will ship out on the mentioned date. We will resume processing orders normally at our store over the weekend into next week, however, please expect delays in having Canada Post pick up your parcel and be delivered to you.

Please ensure that the shipping address on your order is correct prior to us shipping your order. Please contact us if you require changes immediately. If we do not hear back from you before the next ship out date, we will ship out your order to the address on your order.

UPDATE 2 (2025-10-09): CUPW (union representing Canada Post employees) announced that they are planning to restore service, albeit slowly by Saturday by transitioning from a full work stoppage, to rotating strike. They will announce how service will resume, however, until then, orders will continue to hold until we receive full details on how parcels will be picked up by Canada Post. (Source: CP24)

UPDATE 1 (2025-10-02):
Added Q4, and updated some wordings and information for clarity.

Canada Post's employee union (CUPW - Canadian Union of Postal Workers) commenced their labour action at the end of day, Thursday, September 25, 2025.

Information regarding this situation will be provided as a Q&A format below for ease of view of the information available.

Q1: "What is happening to my order?"

A: All orders for shipping currently at our store will be held indefinitely until Canada Post resumes service. No orders will be processed during the shipping suspension, but items will be secured. We continue to accept new orders, and is advised to all customers wishing to secure an item to do so.

Q2: "I paid for my order already, but can I cancel by order?"

A: Cancellations will incur a 5% refund charge.

Q3: "I received a tracking number, but there is no activity. What is going on?"

A: If you received a tracking number, we kindly ask that you wait until service resumes for activity on the tracking number. We will not activate any tracking numbers that were provided until then. This is so if you require to make changes, we can do so with ease.

Q4: "Will Navito World use other shipping couriers to deliver my order?"

A: Regrettably, we are not looking to utilize other couriers at this time. This may change in the future as long as Canada Post service is suspended, so please be on the lookout for an update by email on how we will resume shipping for orders on hold.

Q5: "Can I pick up my order instead?"

A: You may pick up your orders at our store. We are located at 1008 Danforth Avenue, Toronto, Canada. A: If you have orders that is currently in the Canada Post network, we regret that you will have to wait until the labour action ends and service resumes. If you received a tracking number and your order is not in the Canada Post network, see Q3 above.
